My counseling practice is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I also incorporate holistic modalities such as Somatic Therapy, Therapeutic Release Sessions, Eco-Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and, upon request, Christian-based approaches.

By blending these therapeutic methods, I customize each session to align with your unique needs. This integrative approach supports both short-term skill development and deeper emotional healing, fostering a personalized and balanced journey toward growth and well-being.
